REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

I want you to be happy with what you purchased, so please send a message to info@jennymoise.com if you have any issues with your order and I will do my best to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. You will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item was damaged in transit, a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible (U.S. only).

For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, Jenny Moise LLC is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Jenny Moise LLC is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.

WRONG ADDRESS:

Jenny Moise LLC is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered incorrectly at check out, and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address!
